Millennium Laboratories Announces New Chief Operating Officer David Cohen
SAN DIEGO, CA – August 30, 2010 – Millennium Laboratories, a leading provider of therapeutic drug monitoring and education to physicians and staff treating chronic pain, announced today the appointment of David Cohen to Chief Operating Officer. In his capacity as COO, Mr. Cohen is responsible for new business analysis and development to expand the Company’s core business. He also has oversight of Millennium’s legislative initiatives and community outreach programs.

David Cohen originally joined Millennium Laboratories as Chief Analytics Officer. In his 28-year career, Mr. Cohen has served as a public company Chief Financial Officer, Controller and later Executive Vice president of a $500 million dollar real estate conglomerate operating in 38 states and the commonwealth of Guam. He has also been involved with several start-ups and turnaround situations. His reputation as a skilled negotiator is well-earned – he has raised more than $35 million for specific projects in private and public offerings.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Economics and Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Cohen has twice been licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) as a Financial Operations Principal.
